Privacy Policy
This page says what this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
When you place an order — your name, phone number and delivery address, your email address if you give one, and what you ordered. We need these to pack the order, deliver it, and take payment at your door.
When you create an account — your email address. Signing in uses a one-time link sent to that address, so there is no password of yours for us to store or lose.
When you write to us — whatever you put in the contact form, along with the name and contact details you send with it.
When you allow notifications — a subscription token from your browser, used to send order updates. It does not name you, and you can switch it off in your browser whenever you like.
What stays on your device
Your cart and your compare list are kept in your own browser's storage. They are never sent to us until you actually place an order. Your wishlist is saved to your account only if you are signed in.
What we never ask for
Card numbers, bank details and mobile-wallet PINs. Every order on this site is cash on delivery, so none of that is ever needed. If a page or a caller asks you for those in our name, it is not us.
Who else sees your details
- The delivery service carrying your parcel is given your name, address and phone number — nothing more.
- Our hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf, and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
- Our email provider sends the order confirmation and delivery updates.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. This site currently runs no advertising or analytics trackers at all; if that ever changes, this page will be updated before they go live.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the ones that keep you signed in and keep your session working. There are no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as they are needed for accounts, warranty claims and tax. A contact message is deleted once it has been dealt with. You can ask us to close your account and delete your details at any time, apart from order records we are required to keep.
Your choices
Use the contact page to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. Include the phone number or email address you ordered with, so that we can find the right record.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page. Using the site after that means the new version applies.
