Terms & Conditions
These terms cover buying from this site. Placing an order means you accept them, so they are kept short and in plain language.
Ordering
An order you place is a request to buy, not yet a sale. The sale is made when we confirm the order and hand it over for delivery. Until then we may decline it — most often because the item has just gone out of stock, the price on the page was wrong, or the delivery address is outside where we can reach.
You must be old enough to enter a contract, and the name, phone number and address you give must be your own and correct.
Prices and availability
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies.
- The delivery charge is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
- Prices and stock change. The price that counts is the one shown when you place the order.
- If a price is obviously wrong — a printing or listing mistake — we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel with nothing owed.
Payment
Every order on this site is cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person when the appliance reaches you. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or mobile-wallet PINs on this site or over the phone. If someone asks you for those in our name, it is not us.
Delivery
Delivery charges, timings and what to check before accepting a parcel are on the Shipping & Delivery page, and are part of these terms. Delivery times are our honest estimate, not a guarantee — weather, road closures and hartal can delay a shipment, and we will call you if that happens.
Risk in an item passes to you once it has been delivered and paid for.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You can cancel free of charge at any time before an order is handed over for delivery. What can be returned afterwards, and how refunds are paid, is set out on the Return & Refund page, which is also part of these terms.
Warranty and service
An appliance carrying a manufacturer's warranty is serviced by that brand's own service centre, for the period printed on the card in the box. We are the seller, not the manufacturer, and we do not extend or replace the brand's warranty. Keep the warranty card and your invoice; we will help you find the right service centre.
Product information
Specifications, capacities and ratings come from the manufacturer. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but a colour can look different on your screen, and a brand may change a part or a finish without telling us. If what arrives is not what the page described, that is a return — see the policy above.
Your account
Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep that link to yourself; anyone who has it can see your orders. Tell us at once if you think someone else has reached your account.
Using this site fairly
Do not place orders you do not intend to accept, use someone else's details, attempt to break into or overload the site, or copy the catalogue for a competing shop. We may refuse service or cancel orders where this happens.
Our content
The shop name, logo, page text and product photography on this site are ours or licensed to us. You are welcome to share a link to a product. You may not copy the material for commercial use without asking us first.
Where we stand on liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in working condition, and for putting it right when we do not. We are not responsible for losses beyond that — for example, income lost while an appliance is being repaired or replaced. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law of Bangladesh.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page. Orders are judged by the terms that were on the page on the day the order was placed.
